  • What do tickets packages include? General admission includes access to all water slides, pools, Adventure park & Food. Additional charges may apply for costumes, lockers, Zip Line and Sky Cycle.

  • What is your child policy? Children under 2 years old enter free. Children 10 years and above pay adult ticket prices.

  • Can I buy tickets online? Yes, you can purchase tickets online 1 day to 30 days in advance. Same-day tickets can be purchased at the park counter.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

  • What can I bring into the park? You cannot bring outside food or drinks and pets into the park.

  • Are there any height or weight restrictions for rides? Yes, some rides have height and weight restrictions for safety reasons. Please check ride signs for details.

  • Do I need to follow any safety rules? Yes, you must comply with all ride rules and follow instructions from park staff.

  • What happens if I lose my ticket? Lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced, so please keep them safe.

  • Do you have lockers? Yes, lockers are available for rent in the changing rooms. If you lose the locker key, the deposit amount will not be refunded.
  • Do you provide costumes on rent? Can I bring my own costume? Which costumes are permitted? Yes we provide on rent with additional cost, You may bring costumes from your end or rent from the park, The costumes must be of Nylon Only
  • Are towels provided? We do not provide towels. Please ensure to bring your own towels for your visit.
  • Do you have food and beverage options? Yes, we have a restaurants and offering delicious food and refreshing drinks. Room service is also available.
  • Can I host an event at the resort? Yes, we have facilities and packages for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. Please contact our events team for more information.
  • Do you have lifeguards? Yes, we have lifeguards on duty throughout the park for your safety.

  • Do you have a first aid station? Yes, our first aid station is staffed with emergency staff.

  • What happens in case of emergencies? We have a comprehensive emergency plan in place and we informed relevant authorites.

  • Where are you located? We are conveniently located near Asia’s Largest Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary in Sanand, Gujarat, India. (Address: Sanand Nalsarovar Road, Kundal, Gujarat 382110).

  • What are your check-in and check-out times? Check-in time is 12:30 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

  • Do you offer parking? Yes, we offer free parking for our guests.

  • Can I take photos or videos in the park? Photography is allowed for personal use only. Commercial photography requires prior permission.

  • Is the park accessible for guests with disabilities? We strive to be inclusive and provide accessible pathways, restrooms, and water features for guests with disabilities. Please let us know in advance if you require any special assistance.
